We propose to fully restore the Grade II Listed Knolle Park House and return it to its original status as a single residence of outstanding quality and character.

We have designed the new family homes and garden cotteages to respect, rather than mimic or compete with, the historic charachter of Knolle Park House and its unique seetting.

We have approached the design of the new homes at Knolle Park to complement their natural setting, and also to reflect the scale, quality and charachter of our neighbouring residential community in Woolton.

We are proposing to minimise traffic impacts and ensure safe access to the site from Beaconsfield Road and creating a new additional access from Church Road.

We have set out to deliver a development that is more balanced, more respectful and more appropriate than previous planning proposals for the site - a development that will enhance the natural and heritage charachter of Knolle Park.
